Surgi C is proud to announce the beginning of a new era in advanced training for our Sales & Marketing team.
It is our intention to have an Industry recognised programme of sales team education that will totally raise the bar of internal training within companies providing surgical solutions for UK based surgeons and nurses. We intend to equip our team with a level of expertise beyond anything currently out there in the marketplace. In turn our customers who have up till now had a great service from Surgi C can expect to deal with a technically excellent business partner who can communicate and facilitate on a level not yet seen in the UK.
Through a mentoring and coaching based process that will utilise some of the leading opinion leaders in Spine Surgery, NHS Procurement, Scientific Research and Sales & Marketing organisations outside of our industry, Surgi C will build a pathway to high calibre experience and excellence. Utilising the knowledge and advice of these thought leaders you will have access to invaluable insight.
It is testimony to the Surgi C Groups commitment to personal development that this huge investment has been agreed.
Surgi C is a company who are developing an Academy type educational facility for surgeons and we intend to be recognised as the elite Sales & Marketing team utilising that great facility. This internal focus on education is reflected externally in the service and support that is provided by the Surgi C Academy. Events such as the recent Registrar Meeting and the Annual Symposium provide great forums for interesting and educational discussions.
The Surgi C Academy has been specifically designed to ensure first class education and support is provided to surgeons, nurses, registrars and other NHS Stakeholders.
