MOBIS® is a TLIF spacer that offers bilateral support.

Specific Indication

Implanted unilaterally, MOBIS® implants are indicated for use in one to two level lumbar fusions using a posterior transforaminal approach (L2 to S1) to reduce or eliminate pain and mechanical stability resulting from the following conditions;

• Spondylolidthesis (Grades I and II)
• Degenerative disc disease (DDD)
• Spinal Stenosis
• Disc Herniation
