Grafton Traceability
GrafTrac is a process of tracking all Grafton DBM products that are supplied by Surgi C to ensure complete traceability and is a legal requirement. All Grafton® products supplied by Surgi C have ‘GrafTrac certificates’ in the box, where it is a legal requirement that these are completed following every procedure from April 6th 2009. These certificates can be completed by any member of the theatre team.
All forms should have the appropriate information filled out as requested on the forms. The completed forms then need to be stored and will be collected by a member of the Surgi C team on a monthly basis. Surgi C head office will then store all GrafTrac forms in line with the HTA requirements.
Also in line with HTA requirements, all certificates will be audited to ensure that units sold correlates with certificates received.
